Use Allocyn lawfully, safely, and respectfully.
This policy protects customers, users, third parties, and the service. It applies to accounts, integrations, API clients, uploads, automation, and AI-assisted functions.
1. Prohibited use
- ✓Illegal, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory activity
- ✓Unauthorized access, credential abuse, access-control bypass, malware, service disruption, or destructive activity
- ✓Uploading, connecting, or disclosing information without authority
- ✓Security testing, scanning, or exploitation without written authorization
- ✓Excessive automated use outside documented and agreed limits
2. Workforce and AI boundaries
Do not use Allocyn for unlawful employment decisions, covert monitoring, discrimination, emotion recognition, behavioral ranking, or to treat an AI suggestion as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, discipline, dismissal, compensation, or another significant decision.
3. Customer responsibility
Customers must configure access, inform users where required, review connected data and AI output, maintain appropriate records and lawful bases, and act on suspected misuse.
4. Response to misuse
Allocyn may investigate, preserve relevant evidence, restrict an integration or account, and cooperate with lawful authorities using proportionate steps. Contact Allocyn if an authorized use case could resemble prohibited activity.
