A recovery period comes before controlled permanent deletion.
Ending a subscription does not immediately erase the workspace. After the recovery period, permanent deletion is handled by an authorized Allocyn administrator. Limited audit, billing, dispute, security, legal, and backup records may have different retention periods.
Some retention periods are still being confirmed.
The tables identify which periods are confirmed defaults and which remain unknown. The final periods depend on the service, provider terms, your settings, and applicable legal, incident, or dispute requirements. Contact us if you need a retention period confirmed for your company.
