Service providers and the data they may handle.
This register describes the types of service providers that may handle customer information. Their full names, locations, responsibilities, and transfer arrangements for the live service are still being confirmed.
1. Hosting and database services
These services run Allocyn and store account information, workspace data, files, logs, and backups. The provider, hosting and backup locations, and transfer arrangements are still being confirmed.
2. Transactional email and support
Purpose: deliver verification, account, service, and support communications. Data: contact details and message content needed for delivery. Provider and location: not yet confirmed for the production service and therefore not represented as active.
3. Microsoft Entra identity
Purpose: optional organization sign-in. Data: provider identifiers and authentication claims chosen by the organization. Provider: Microsoft, when an organization configures this option. Location and contract details must be confirmed with the customer configuration.
4. Payment processing
Payment services handle checkout, payment status, billing contacts, and transaction references. Card details are intended to stay with the payment provider. Allocyn supports Stripe, but its use for the live service and European tax arrangements are not yet confirmed.
5. Customer-selected delivery services
Purpose: import supported delivery information. Providers may include GitHub, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and Atlassian Jira when the customer connects them. Data, direction, scope, location, and retention depend on the selected connection and provider terms.
6. AI model service
Purpose: produce a requested summary, explanation, suggestion, estimate, or draft. Data: the prompt and authorized supporting context. Provider category: an AI model and hosting service selected for the production deployment. The provider identity, model, location, retention term, and contractual shared-training position are not yet confirmed, so no provider claim is published.
7. Changes, notice, and objections
Advance notice of provider changes, how to object, and available remedies remain under legal review. Contact us for the latest provider information relevant to your service.
