14-day company trial

A work email is required. No payment card is required. Trial limits are shown before the workspace is created.

Active team members

A person included in planning, assigned project work, or recording time during the billing period counts as active. Archived people and client contacts without team access do not.

Business information

The purchase flow collects the legal company name, billing address, country, and tax identifier where relevant.

Taxes

Prices exclude applicable taxes. Contact us to confirm tax treatment for your billing country before purchase.

Pricing questions

Know what happens before you subscribe or change plans.

Can I change plans?

An upgrade can take effect immediately. A downgrade is scheduled for the next renewal unless a different arrangement is approved. Before a downgrade, review the new member, AI, storage, report, and feature limits and export relevant data if needed.

How are refunds handled?

Check the subscription terms presented with your order for refund conditions. Contact us about billing errors. The free trial does not require a card and cannot charge you automatically.

Are taxes included?

Prices exclude tax. Your company details and billing country determine the applicable tax treatment. Contact us if you need to confirm it before ordering.

Can I cancel online?

Cancellation is available from the subscription area. Access continues through the paid period, subject to the Subscription and Cancellation Policy, and the subscription does not renew after the effective cancellation date.

Can I pay by invoice?

Invoice payment may be offered for qualifying annual Business and Enterprise subscriptions. Contact Sales to review eligibility and commercial terms.

What happens to data after a downgrade?

Existing data is not immediately deleted because of a downgrade. Functions outside the new package become unavailable according to the stated policy, with warnings before a limit or function affects access.

What happens when we leave Allocyn?

Authorized users can export supported records before deletion. After the recovery period, workspace content becomes eligible for a controlled permanent-deletion process. Review the Data Export and Switching page before a complex migration.
