AI features

What each feature uses and produces.

Project, portfolio, and weekly summaries

Uses authorized delivery records to draft a concise summary. A person checks completeness, accuracy, audience, and tone before use.

Risk explanations

Uses supported status, demand, capacity, blocker, change, estimate, and deadline signals to explain possible risk. It does not determine the response.

Resource recommendations

Uses declared skills, availability, project requirements, and current commitments to suggest possible people. An authorized person reviews and decides.

Effort-estimation assistance

Uses relevant work context to suggest an estimate. A person owns the estimate and any change to the project record.

Client-safe status drafts

Uses permitted project information to draft an update. A person checks confidentiality, facts, and client suitability before sharing.

Change and staffing-scenario analysis

Uses a proposed scenario and current plan to explain possible impacts. It does not change live allocations, budgets, or commitments automatically.

Project forecasts

Predictive features are not currently available. Future forecasts would require an approved model enabled for the stated purpose. Experimental results are not production forecasts.

Human review

AI does not make important business changes automatically.

AI provides suggestions and explanations. People remain responsible for project, staffing, financial, and client decisions. Allocyn does not market automated hiring, promotion, dismissal, discipline, behavior ranking, emotion recognition, performance scoring, or fully automated task assignment.

Limitations

Output depends on the available information and can be wrong.

  • ✓Missing, stale, or inaccurate source records can change the result.
  • ✓A model can omit context or produce an incorrect statement.
  • ✓A recommendation does not establish fairness, legality, suitability, or availability.
  • ✓Customer-specific policies, client obligations, employment law, and human context require separate review.
Provider and retention

AI provider and data-handling details are still being confirmed.

AI uses a model and hosting service. The active provider, model, processing location, retention period, and terms covering shared model training are not yet published. Shared training is disabled by default in Allocyn, but the provider's terms and actual data handling are still unconfirmed. This setting alone is not a guarantee that a provider does not use data for training.

Customer controls

Access follows configuration, permission, and purpose.

AI use is subject to service and organization configuration, the invoking user's data access, consent where configured, usage limits, output labels, and human review. Authorized administrators can control relevant settings.

EU AI requirements

The assessment of workforce-related AI is still in progress.

AI features involving people, skills, effort, and staffing are still being assessed for their intended use and any high-risk classification. Provider review, AI literacy, monitoring, documentation, and required controls are also incomplete. Allocyn does not currently claim EU AI Act compliance.
