Understand billing periods, plan changes, cancellation, access, and data handling.
These draft business terms describe the self-service subscription flow. The approved order, checkout confirmation, and Terms of Service control the final price, tax treatment, renewal, and cancellation position.
1. Billing periods and prices
Self-service prices are shown in the currency for your country and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Monthly subscriptions cover one month; annual subscriptions are paid in advance for the displayed annual period. Before confirming a purchase, review the plan, billing period, included allowances, additional-member pricing, subtotal, taxes, and total shown at checkout.
2. Business customers and tax details
Allocyn is offered for business and professional use. Provide your legal company name, billing address, country, and tax identifier where relevant. VAT validation, reverse-charge arrangements, and invoice details are still under review. Contact us to confirm the taxes that apply to your purchase.
3. Plan changes
An available upgrade can take effect immediately with the charge shown before confirmation. A downgrade may be scheduled for renewal and can reduce available functions or limits. The account area must show the effective date and any consequences before a change is confirmed.
4. Cancellation
An authorized customer can use the account subscription controls to request cancellation. The confirmation shows when renewal stops and when paid access ends. Help may be offered, but it must not prevent cancellation. Refunds, billing corrections, and exceptional treatment follow the approved order, applicable law, and the legally reviewed Terms.
5. Access, export, recovery, and deletion
After paid access ends, workspace access follows the applicable recovery policy. Authorized users should export supported information before access ends or during any permitted recovery period. Permanent deletion is a controlled administrator process, while billing, tax, legal, dispute, security, and backup records may follow separate obligations or cycles.
