Understand the current export and transition path.
See what you can export, who can request it, how long download links last, and what migration support is still being confirmed.
Export supported workspace records in common formats.
Authorized data-export users can prepare project, people, time-entry, resource-allocation, risk, and change-request records in CSV, Excel, or JSON. Reports also support documented HTML, PDF, Excel, and CSV outputs. This is not yet represented as a complete export of every customer record or attachment.
Use an authorized workspace account or contact support.
A user with export permission can start an export in Allocyn. Preparation time depends on what is included and how much data there is. No fixed preparation time is currently promised. Contact support about a complex migration before your subscription ends.
Generated export links default to a 30-day lifetime.
A link can expire earlier if removed or restricted. Recipients must protect downloaded data and follow the customer organization's own security and retention requirements.
A recovery period comes before permanent deletion.
Workspace data can remain recoverable during the applicable period. Afterward, permanent deletion is handled by an authorized Allocyn administrator. Billing, legal, security, dispute, and backup records may have different retention periods.
Discuss your migration before ending the subscription.
Contact us to agree what data and attachments can be transferred, the timing, destination, secure transfer method, available help, and any charges. A complete or charge-free migration is not currently guaranteed. The plan is to remove applicable switching and data-transfer charges by 12 January 2027 where required by the EU Data Act.
