Data transfers and subprocessors

Where your data is processed.

Locations

Different services may process data in different places.

Hosting, backups, logs, email, support, payments, integrations, and AI may use different locations. The full list for the live service is not yet confirmed, and EU-only storage is not guaranteed.

Transfer safeguards

Use the mechanism supported by the verified flow.

Where information moves from the EEA to a country without an applicable adequacy decision, the final contract may require approved Standard Contractual Clauses, a transfer-impact assessment, and appropriate supplementary safeguards. Those documents are under legal and provider review.

Customer control

Customers choose optional connections and AI use.

Customers decide which supported third-party integrations to authorize and may disconnect them. AI availability and provider configuration are controlled by the service and organization settings. Provider-side deletion and retention remain subject to verified contracts.

Due diligence

Request deployment-specific answers before purchase.

A buyer can ask about the proposed hosting region, provider list, support access, data types, transfer mechanism, and contractual annexes. Answers should be included in the order or approved trust documents.
